About us
Soccer Limey
Born in Blackpool, England in the late Fifties and residing in the US for the past 25 years or so. Watched, played, and some say, coached this beautiful game of ours. My aim is to enlighten, amuse, criticize, sometimes rant, but mostly to give one man’s perspective of the game of soccer from a different angle.
I have guest written for many Blogs across the Web such as BigSoccer.com. During World Cup 2010, I was a main contributor and live blogger for WorldCupblog.org, moderating for both the England and South African National teams.

We are two best friends with a common passion for the sport of soccer. After spending years analyzing to ourselves the preparations and implications behind the 90 minutes on TV, it is now time to share our views with fellow football fans (and also start reviewing live replays). We, different from Mr Blatter, live in a generation where feedback and discussion is greatly welcomed.
